Neighborhood Watch

  1. Please do not undermine the community security and do not open the gates to anybody you do not know or do not expect. All delivery services (UPS, FedEx, DHL etc.), utilities and emergency services have their own entry codes and should not be calling residents to open the gates for them. People claiming to be from UPS or other services or utilities are likely impostors.
  2. If you or your children use the pedestrian gates, please make sure that the gate is fully closed and locked after you go through. Do not prop it open for any reason.
  3. If you forgot the lock code for the pedestrian gate, please email the management company. The code is easy to remember and easy to use
  4. Please join the Neighborhood Watch and make our community safer.

This CRIME ALERT NOTICE is to advise area residents of an increase in neighborhood auto burglaries.  Criminals are breaking into vehicles when parked in neighborhoods – especially in the overnight hours. These crimes are quick and easy to commit when there is so much opportunity.  You can reduce your chances of becoming a victim by:

  1. Securing your vehicle.  Always lock your car and set the alarm if you have one.
  2. Removing all valuable items.  This includes purses, wallets, cell phones, IPODS, GPS systems, coins, CD’s, etc.  Do not use your vehicle for storage.
  3. Parking in a garage if possible.  Park under a light if possible.
  4. Keeping your garage door opener out of sight.  Keeping your garage door down.
  5. Staying involved with your neighbors.  Participate in Neighborhood Watch!
  6. Be on the lookout for suspicious individuals who may be looking for vehicles to break into.  Report any suspicious individuals or activity to the police and encourage your neighbors to take precautions and report necessary information.  Be a good witness.  Write down what you see and call Metro!

We encourage all residents to subscribe to AlertID. This website keeps track of all the crimes in the neighborhood and will send you a notification if you wish so.
